You love your children deeply but it's incredibly hard to parent in the shadow of your own trauma.

Running on empty? Trying to build a peaceful home on a foundation of past stress and adversity?

Maybe your own childhood felt unpredictable. You were the peacemaker, the caretaker or the protector. Maybe you disappeared altoghter, hiding in plain sight.
Now you want to give your kids the stable, loving world you missed out on. But navigating that is hard. Some days, saying 'No' feels impossible because you want them to feel happy and safe. Other days, you feel too critical or reactive and feel guilty for not being the perfect parent.
It's never to late to forge a new path, one full of peace, confidence and joy.

Welcome to a place built for parents who are doing the heavy, sacred work of breaking intergenerational cycles.

Healing yourself is the greatest gift you can give your children.

You recognize fear, anxiety, or past hurts are getting in the way of how you want to be as a parent. It is never too late to create a new story for your family.
We can work together to build the gentle, confident connection you deserve to have with your children—and with yourself.

Reducing barriers to effective support.

Accessible, evidence based therapy, when and where you need it.
We acknowledge that our practice is located on Treaty 1 Territory. This is the traditional land of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples. It is also the national homeland of the Red River Métis.
Why Acknowledge the Land?
Trauma therapy is deeply connected to historical context. Colonialism, forced displacement, and systemic oppression have caused profound intergenerational trauma for Indigenous communities. Healing cannot happen in isolation from history. We recognize that the land we work on was taken through broken promises. We commit to understanding our role in these ongoing systems and taking action towards reconciliation.
